Provide owners with : - Records of financial transactions, including rent payment history - Monthly rental income/expense report - Lease documents and tax forms
Supply annual budget for maintenance and repairs
Our fees start from 5 % of the monthly rent. Monthly flat fees and multi property discounts are negotiable.
