• Respond to all tenant requests
• Conduct move in/out inspections and issue keys
• Collect and remit monthly rent to landlord
• Handle tenant complaints and send legal notices
• Provide access to tenant portal
• Find qualified tenants (optional)

Maintenance and Repairs Management

• Handle small repairs and basic landscaping ourselves
• Coordinate larger repairs from initial quotes to job supervision
• Coordinate all maintenance jobs such as landscaping, snow removal, fire and HVAC inspections
• Regularly inspect property and tenant units

Finance Management

• Provide owners with :
      - Records of financial transactions, including rent payment history
      - Monthly rental income/expense report
      - Lease documents and tax forms
• Supply annual budget for maintenance and repairs
